ANDRON HOMES HONOURED AT TM NEWS MEDIA SUMMIT: “WE ARE THE LEADING REALTORS, THERE IS NO CONTROVERSY” — MD, ADENIKE AJOBO

It was a moment of celebration and recognition at the 12th Annual Media Summit of TM News Publication, held at the prestigious Lagos Oriental Hotel, Victoria Island, as Andron Homes and Properties received an award for its exceptional contribution to the real estate sector and commitment to national development.

The summit, themed “Securing Our Future: A Collaborative Approach to Community Safety,” brought together stakeholders from government security agencies, the media, and private organizations to discuss the role of collaboration in building a safer and more prosperous nation.

Among the distinguished honorees was the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Andron Homes, Aare Adetola Emmanuel King, represented by the company’s Managing Director, Mrs. Adenike Ajobo, who expressed deep appreciation to the organizers for recognizing the company’s consistency, integrity, and excellence.

In her remarks, Mrs. Ajobo reaffirmed Andron Homes’ commitment to supporting credible media platforms and promoting truth and professionalism in the real estate and media industries.

“Trust, integrity, and excellence are the pillars on which Andron Homes stands,” she said. “Any organization that upholds truth, quality, and perfection will always have our support. That’s what we represent — Total Quality Management (TQM) in all we do.”

Speaking on the company’s remarkable achievements, Mrs. Ajobo disclosed that Andron Homes receives awards almost daily, both locally and internationally, as a result of its unwavering commitment to quality and innovation in real estate.

“We get awards almost every day — not only in Nigeria but across Africa. You can see it in our projects, whether housing or land properties. We maintain global standards. There is no other realtor like Andron Homes — we are consistent, we are quality-driven, and we are leading. There’s no controversy about that,” she said confidently.

Acknowledging the convener of the event, Mrs. Ajobo commended TM News for its dedication to national security, noting that security remains one of Andron Homes’ core pillars in its estate development initiatives.

“Security is key to us. You can see it in all our estates — the safety of our clients, residents, and property owners is our top priority,” she noted.

Looking ahead, the Managing Director projected an ambitious future for Andron Homes, describing the company’s global expansion goals with optimism and vision.

“In the next five to ten years, Andron Homes will have expanded globally. We are already in the international space, and we’ll keep growing until we dominate the global real estate market,” she declared.

On challenges such as the ‘Omo Onile’ issue often faced in rural property development, Mrs. Ajobo emphasized that Andron Homes operates strictly under due process and documentation standards guided by Total Quality Management principles.

“We don’t joke with documentation. From identification to payment, we follow due process. That’s why we have earned trust as a leading realtor. My advice to others is simple — follow our trend. We are the leading realtors, and there’s no controversy about it,” she concluded.

The event, which also recognized other notable Nigerians who have excelled in their professions and contributed to national security, further reinforced Andron Homes’ position as a pace-setting real estate brand committed to integrity, innovation, and nation-building.
